On-site assessment. We walk the property, check soil condition, drainage, and grade, then recommend the right renovation approach — not a one-size-fits-all package.
Vegetation control. For full renovations we eliminate the existing failing turf and weeds so new grass starts clean. For overseeding projects we scalp and prep instead.
Soil prep and grading. We loosen compacted clay, add amendments where needed, and fix low spots and rough grades so water moves correctly.
Seed or sod installation. Premium tall fescue seed (or sod where an instant lawn makes sense), applied at proper rates and pressed for good soil contact.
