Soil prep and grading. We loosen compacted clay, add amendments where needed, and fix low spots and rough grades so water moves correctly.
Seed or sod installation. Premium tall fescue seed (or sod where an instant lawn makes sense), applied at proper rates and pressed for good soil contact.
