New seed and fresh sod live or die by water. Seed needs light, frequent watering for weeks; sod needs deep soakings until it roots. If your irrigation can't deliver even coverage, the renovation fails no matter how good the prep was — which is why we evaluate every existing system before we quote.
Repair vs. Replace
Most systems we see in Green Hills and West Nashville don't need a full replacement — they need a tune-up: new nozzles for matched precipitation, heads raised to grade, broken lines repaired, and zones rebalanced so corners and edges actually get wet.
